Calyptix Security Corporation was founded in 2002 as a developer of all-in-one hardware and software security solutions for business needs. Calyptix Security has developed and is commercializing advanced security technology solutions for computer networks, single and multiple database systems, and other technology applications at affordable cost points. AccessEnforcer™, the company’s first product, is an all-in-one security appliance that deploys DyVax™, a proprietary algorithm and inspection engine that has been effectively deployed to dynamically filter email traffic including POP3 and SMTP from true zero-day threats without reliance on signatures.

The Calyptix Name
The name Calyptix is taken from Eucalyptus Sideroxylon, the scientific name for the red ironbark, among the toughest of the hardwood trees. Indigenous to Australia, the tree is known for its ability to germinate by fire.
